Affectionately known as “Arnie,” he was born on November 10, 1947, in Wareham, Massachusetts, to Wesley Earl Breakell and Florence (Lopes).

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Gus and Maria Lopes; his brother, Phillip Francis; and his half-brother, Edward D. Francis IV.

Arnie will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Annette; his two sons, Jason Francis and Justin Francis; and his two grandsons, Barrett Francis and Emreigh Long.
