MILTON CHARLES “BOYD” NOACK
MILTON CHARLES “BOYD” NOACK

Except for his time serving in the U.S. Navy during the later years of World War II, Boyd spent his life in Texas. He worked for CPS in San Antonio for 36 years, where he formed lifelong bonds and considered the people of CPS to be family.
Upon retirement, Boyd and MaryBeth moved to Lakehills, Texas, to embrace a slower pace and all the joy that life had to offer. A devoted member of St. Victor’s Catholic Church and the American Legion Post 410, Boyd was active in his faith and community.
He delighted in taking family and friends out on Medina Lake, chatting with the local wildlife, and sharing laughs over a cool drink at Adolphs in Lakehills. Boyd especially cherished traveling with MaryBeth—RV camping across Texas and beyond, with Big Bend holding a special place in his heart. In later years, he found peace in quiet evenings on the porch, listening to his favorite tunes with MaryBeth by his side—and, of course, his beloved “cough medicine,” Fireball.
Boyd passed away peacefully on the morning of May 27, 2025, at Shavano Park Senior Living in San Antonio, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Wilbert “Sonny” Noack; his sisters, Edna Kramer, Leona McHille, and Lois Sides; and his beloved son, Gary.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 74 years, MaryBeth; five sons: Ronald (Bettye), David (Christa), Thomas (Penny), Alan (Katy), and Roger; one daughter, Cynthia Raney; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
