Twice a year, Medina’s Main Street is lined on both sides for a good part of the day with vendors and shoppers for a colorful and fun event. Several local vendors and shoppers told the Bulletin the event, held on the second Saturday in May and October, has been a tradition for almost two decades.

Medina resident Kevin Ayers returned to this month’s sale with the tricycle he purchased at the May sale.

“This is one of the bigger events since I moved here six years ago,” he said “It is a great place to come to talk and do business and sell or buy new stuff or old stuff and crafts.”

The list of things that could be sold and bought looked like mixture of museums, each offering eclectic, colorful, exciting, practical and even vintage options.

Charlie and Ellen Cooper of Medina helped get out the word about the free event.

“We put out flyers, used social media and the Bulletin,” Ellen said.
