The Lady Bulldog volleyball team blew past Uvalde on Friday night to win the match two games to zero.

In game one, the Bulldogs handily defeated the Uvalde Lady Coyotes 25-7.

At the net, Quinlyn Taylor and Taylor Hamilton made a tall wall against spikes from the Coyotes.

Maci Morrison delivered another excellent performance by serving consistently.

Summer Haby sparkled at the service line as well. She put the Bulldogs far ahead of the Coyotes with her well-placed serves.

Shaely Rogers began her powerful attacks at the net with exceptional spikes and lots of hustle.

In the end, Bandera’s much-improved play and Uvalde’s errors resulted in a big Bandera win.

During game two, the Lady Coyotes began to warm to the competition, staying up with Bandera point for point.

Hamilton connected with a devastating spike to deliver Uvalde a hard set down.

Stella Brown showed great hustle diving to save the play.

Jayla Blake and Maci Morrison held the line at the net with superior blocking.

Morrison again turned in a great overall performance leading her team to a 25 to 16 victory over Uvalde.

The young Lady Bulldog team under the direction of Coach Sananda Molina showed some of the spark and fire against Uvalde that characterizes the winning spirit prevalent in Bulldog Volleyball.

The Lady Bulldogs played Somerset at home on Tuesday, September 7. No scores were available at press time.
