July 12, 1936 - May 13, 2023 The son of Katherine

(Stevens) and Henry Dalton, Ted was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Ted earned his BA (‘59), M.Ed.(‘67) and Ed.D.(‘71) from University of North Texas, Denton, and an Administrative Certification(‘ 77) from Trinity University (San Antonio).

A life-long learner, avid reader, educator, and scholar, Ted spent from 1959 to 1990, teaching at all levels from elementary to college. He taught elementary, middle and high school in Texas at Crystal City, Edgewood, Brownsville, Denton and Southwest Independent School Districts. His college teaching career was spent at Cameron State College, Lawton, Oklahoma. Ted retired in 1990 Ted enjoyed riding his motorcycle in the Hill Country, driving his Corvette, and lifting weights. He visited with a few close friends around Texas. As time went on, Ted focused his passion on investing in the stock market.

Ted died at home on May 13, 2023 in the presence of his wife of 48 years, Rosemary Jasso. He will be missed by his family and close friends.

A celebration of life will be held August 12, 2023 at 11 am at St. Victor Chapel Hall, 10514 Park Road 37, Lakehills, TX 78063
