My name is Tandie Mansfield and I am announcing for re-election to the office of Bandera County Clerk. I was first elected in January 2019 but have served in the office for 15 years. I was born and raised in Bandera County and currently reside in Pipe Creek.

The County Clerk’s office provides many services to Bandera County residents. The County Clerk is to serve as clerk of the county court and the county commissioners’ court. The clerk is to act as recorder of deeds and other instruments, issue birth certificates, death records and marriage licenses. In the time I have been in office numerous projects have been completed. The Digitalization of all vital records, including birth, death and marriage records, has been the most beneficial project to the citizens of Bandera County. These records are essential to preserving the history of Bandera County. Another project that is helpful to the residents is the indexing of all Official Public Records going back to sovereignty. These records are in handwritten manuscripts and require great attention to index digitally.

I am an active member of the County and District Clerk’s Association of Texas and the Bandera County Republican Women. I am married to Bo Mansfield and have two children Averie and Kalie.

It has been a pleasure serving the citizens of Bandera County. I ask for your vote and support by electing me as your County Clerk.
