Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

Although reasonable care is taken, clerical errors may exist.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From August 16-22, the following people were arrested:

Laura Story, 40, of San Antonio, arrested August 16 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than four grams.

Muhir Abdul-Razik, 36, of Bandera, arrested August 16 by So for hindering apprehension or prosecution and possession of a page one controlled substance under one gram, released August 18.

Mary Stuart, 53, of Bandera, arrested August 16 by SO for retaliation.

Benjamin Hatfield, 32, o Bandera, arrested August 16 by SO for a bench warrant and failure to appear, released August 19.

Janeice Barrett, 29, of San Antonio, arrested August 16 by SO for failure to present identification, a warrant from an outside agency and possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram.

Carla Maynard, 49, of San Antonio, arrested August 18 by SO for a failure to appear warrant and felony theft between $20,000 and $100,000.

Rowland Pittman, 49, of Bandera, arrested August 19 for public intoxication, released August 19.

Ronald Mooney, 51, of Bandera, arrested August 19 by BPD for two capias pro fine warrants and driving with an invalid license.

Aries Rogers, 20, of Snyder, arrested August 19 by So for theft of a firearm.

Jeremy Moore, 30, of Bandera, arrested August 20 by SO for public intoxication, released August 20.

Wilson Pineda-Cruz, 18, of San Antonio, was housed for Real.

Charles Howell, 22, of Bandera, arrested August 20 by SO for burglary of a habitation, criminal mischief and a terroristic threat.

Charles Thompson, 74, of Lakehills, arrested August 21 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than four grams, released August 22.

Jamie Halleberg, 32, of Lakehills, arrested August 21 for violation of parole.

Olin Haynes, 48, of Amarillo, arrested August 22 by BPD on a warrant from an outside agency.

As of Monday, August 23, there were 62 inmates in Bandera County Jail, seven of which were from an outside county.
