Sheriff’s Arrests

From July 25 to August 14, the following people were arrested in Bandera County: Michael Brody, 34, of Bandera, arrested July 25 by DPS for a motion to revoke parole warrant.
Dusti Maxey, 39, of Lakehills, arrested July 27 by Sheriff’s Office (SO) for manufacturing/delivering a page one controlled substance and burglary of a building. Garrett Raab, 19, of Bandera, arrested July 28 by SO for possession of a controlled substance and possession of cert chemicals. Nathan Silva, 35, of Pipe Creek, arrested July 28 by SO for tampering with/fabricating evidence and possession of a page one controlled substance, released July 30. Daniel McLean, 31, of Flint, arrested July 28 by SO for a warrant from an outside agency. Skie Sanchez, 35, of San Antonio, arrested July 28 by SO for two warrants from an outside agency and two other warrants.
Julia Reyes, 58, of Bandera, arrested July 30 by BPD for first-offense DWI, released July 30.
Sandra Mewes, 60, of Bandera, arrested July 31 by SO for second-offense DWI, released July 31.
Dana Shannon, 63, of San Antonio, arrested July 31 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.
Christopher Jones, 44, of Bandera, arrested July 31 by BPD for public intoxication, criminal mischief and retaliation, released July 31.
Robert Taylor, 74, of Canyon Lake, arrested August 2 by SO for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, released August 3.
Nicole Brady, 22, of Boerne, arrested August 4 by SO for manufacturing/ delivery of a controlled substance.
Julissa Martinez, 35, of Bandera, arrested August 4 by SO for unlawful possession, and two counts of manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance, released August 7.
Sergio Herrera, 52, of Bandera, arrested August 5 by SO for failure to appear, third-offense DWI, a failure to appear warrant and driving with an invalid license.
Jason Vanwinkle, 45, of Bandera, arrested August 5 by SO for a violation of parole warrant.
Summer Gregory, 25, of Bandera, arrested August 6 by SO for first-offense DWI, released August 6.
Sunshine Olivarez, 45, of Lakehills, arrested August 7 by SO for assault with bodily injury.
Levi Field, 60, of Camp Wood, was housed for Real on August 8.
Anthony Paese, 45, of Pipe Creek, arrested August 9 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, released August 10.
Dawn Johnston, 42, of Bandera, arrested August 9 by SO for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
Jason Johnson, 44, of Bandera, arrested August 9 by So for evading arrest with a vehicle and for a violation of parole warrant.
Michael Konvicka, 53, of Pipe Creek, arrested August 10 on a court order.
Joshua Lippy, 40, of Bandera, arrested August 11 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, released August 12. Michael Peterson, 59, of Pipe Creek, arrested August 11 by SO for assault with bodily injury. Mathew Falcon, 31, of Camp Wood, housed for Real on August 12. Frankie Kring, 31, of Camp Wood, housed for Real on August 12, released August 13.
Prindle Prestwood, 67, of Bandera, arrested August 12 by THP for first-offense DWI, released August 13.
Ryan Williams, 24, of Bandera, arrested August 12 by THP for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying, released August 14.
Kenneth Sager, 39, of Lakehills, arrested August 14 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released August 14.
Crystal Evans, 39, of Bastrop, arrested August 14 by SO for first-offense DWI, released August 14.
