Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From June 6-11, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Alois Renggli, 38, of Lakehills, arrested June 6 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released June 7.

Charlie Popham, 32, of Edna, arrested June 6 by SO for hunting at night, released June 7.

Jacob Nance, 18, of Boerne, arrested June 6 on a bench warrant, released June 7.

Amelia Slay, 42, of Olvilla, arrested June 6 on a bench warrant, released June 7.

Dillon Mathews, 30, of Bandera, arrested June 7 for third-offense DWI, released June 8.

William Boenig, 29, of Pipe Creek, arrested June 9 on a motion to revoke parole warrant.

Kevin Holdsworth, 27, of Bandera, arrested June 9 by Precinct 4 for illegal dumping, released June 9.

Jose Lara, 31, of Bandera, arrested June 10 by BPD for possession of marijuana less than two ounces, failure to ID and for a warrant from an outside agency.

Sulayma Garibay, 31, arrested June 10 by BPD for a warrant from an outside agency, released June 11.

Michelle Brooks, 30, of Bandera, arrested June 11 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released June 11.

As of Monday, June 13, there were 70 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, five of which were contract inmates from Real County.
