Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note ¬– Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted. From February 14-27, the following people were arrested in Bandera County, according to an arrest report provided by the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO).

James Morgan, 40, of Bandera, arrested February 14 by SO for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, released February 15.

Isabel De La O, 22, of Spring Branch, arrested February 15 by Bandera Police Department on a warrant from an outside agency, released February 16.

Timothy Wachter, 58, of San Antonio arrested February 15 by SO on two court orders.

Norman Yoes, 58, of Tatum, arrested February 16 by SO for evading arrest with a vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, violation of parole warrant and an FBP detainer.

Marquee Gadison, 19, of Killeen, arrested February 17 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.

Dayton Pitts, 24, of Lakehills, arrested February 18 by DPS for first-offense DWI, released February 19.

Shelly Swift, 62, of Bandera, arrested February 20 by SO for injury to elderly, released February 21.

Alfredo Martinez, 52, of San Antonio, arrested February 20 by THP for third-offense DWI, released February 21.

Rocky Crider, 47, of Bandera, arrested February 22 by So for criminal mischief.

Michael McBride, 60, of Lakehills, arrested February 22 by SO on a capias pro fine warrant, released February 23.

Randi Metz, 23, of Pipe Creek, arrested February 25 by SO for an FBP detainer and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Michael Moyer, 58, of Rockport, arrested February 26 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released February 26.

Benjamin Holan, 33, of Bandera, arrested February 26 by SO for criminal trespassing, released February 27.

Albert Zuniga, 23, of Houston, arrested February 26 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, public intoxication, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, resisting arrest and failure to present identification.

Edgar Zuniga, 40, of Bandera, arrested February 26 for three capias pro fine warrants, two FTA warrants, two additional warrants, second-offense DWI and driving with an invalid license.

Douglas Holtzen, 53, of Davenport, arrested February 26 by THP for public intoxication, released February 27.

Thomas Dahl, 62, of Deshler, arrested February 26 by THP for public intoxication, released February 27.

Mark Secor, 54, of Kearney, arrested February 27 by THP for public intoxication, releaed February 27.

Colton Cowen, 25, of Fort Worth, arrested February 27 by SO for assault with bodily injury.

As of Monday, February 28, there were 59 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were contract inmates from Real County, 44 male and 15 female.
