Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife. the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Michael Brenner, 31, of Pipe Creek, was arrested December 21 by the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for assault with bodily injury, released December 21.

Caron Thomas, 42, of San Antonio, was arrested December 21 by SO on four motion to revoke parole warrants.

Austen White, 25, of San Antonio, was arrested December 22 by SO for possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram, released December 25.

Robert Preston, 54, of Bandera, arrested December 22 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, released December 22.

Marian Earnest, 67, of Bandera, arrested December 22 by BPD for first-offense DWI, released December 23.

Garrett Connell, 25, of Bandera, arrested December 22 by Texas Highway Patrol for second DUI, released December 23.

Trina Luna, 48, of Pipe Creek, arrested December 24 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released December 25.

Jerry Deaton, 43, of Bandera, arrested Decem ber 24 by So for public intoxication, released December 25.

Brandon Day, 25, of Boerne, arrested December 24 by SO for first-offense DUI, released December 25.

Benjamin Wolan, 33, of Bandera, arrested December 26 by BPD for criminal trespassing, evading arrest and resisting arrest.

As of Monday, December 27, there were 52 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were contract inmates from Real County.

Of those 52 inmates, 39 were male and 13 were female.
