Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

From October Nov. 1-7, the following people were arrested:

Michelle Justice, 39, of Bandera, arrested November 1 by Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for failure to appear, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance between one and four grams.

Christopher Banks, 40, of Bandera, arrested November 2 by BPD for public intoxication, released November 2.

Juan Ceniceros, 44, of Bandera, arrested November 2 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released November 4.

Carlee Chavez, 26, of San Antonio was housed for Real County.

Austin Hernandez, 25, of Bandera, arrested November 3 by SO for two counts of felony unlawful possession, manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance between one and four grams, manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance between four and 200 grams, two counts of burglary of a building, tampering/fabricating evidence and theft of a firearm.

Devin Woodruff, 29, of Bandera, arrested November 4 by SO for criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and two failure to appear warrants.

William Schaffart, 41, of Dearborn, arrested November 4 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, public intoxication, two counts of unlawful possession and two counts of unlawful carrying, released November 5.

Cody Dupnik, 20, of Spring Branch, arrested November 5 by SO for assault with bodily injury, evading arrest, warrant from an outside agency and a traffic warrant.

Adam Martinez, 30, of Pipe Creek, arrested November 6 for public intoxication, released November 6.

Pedro Oranday, 49, of Bandera, arrested November 7 by SO for possession of a controlled substance between one and four grams.

As of Monday, November 8, there were 60 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, six of which were contract inmates from another county.
