Yesterday’s state and district runoffs and precinct chair election results were delivered last night to the Bulletin after its press deadline. Full results can currently be found on our website, www.banderabulletin.com

Results will also be printed in next week’s paper.

In total, early voting numbers were down from March’s primary, with a total of 1,597 Bandera County residents participating in early voting last week compared to 2,861 in the March primary.

In total, 1,423 Republicans voted early last week, down from March’s number of 2,373.

Fewer Democrats voted this early voting cycle as well, 174 compared to March’s 488.

That downward trend continued statewide, with 757,598 people voting early last week compared to March’s 2,080,684.

Those numbers include in-person and mail-in voting and come from the Texas Secretary of State’s office.

Full unofficial results are currently available on the Bulletin’s website and the Texas Secretary of State’s website, www.sos.texas.gov.
