The Bandera County Republican Women sponsored a “grill and chill” for local voters to meet the Republican primary candidates.Hotdogs and hamburgers were offered by donation along with drinks and chips.The crowd of over 80 enjoyed the food and listened avidly to the candidates as they were given two minutes to speak directly to the crowd.The candidates who attended were Dave Allen, Laura Briscoe, Brandi Conover, Troy Konvicka, Laura Neely, James Popham, John Schulze, Dede Skoglund, Greg Spengler, Conrad Striegl, Josh Teitge and Wes Virdell.All Republican primary candidates were invited to the forum.Bandera County Republican Women President Darcy Hasty opened the ...
