A group of women enjoy the Medina Community Library’s annual Ladies’ Christmas Tea, which was held earlier this month and attended by 54 individuals, according to library officials. The event included music, tea and refreshments. Guest speaker Linda Barton told an old Christmas story about her family, and Colleen Nicholas read Cajun Night Before Christmas. The festivities from guest speakers included award-winning author Julia Daily, who spoke about how and why she recently became an author. With her two books, “The Fifth Daughter of Thorn Ranch” and “No Names to be Given.”
