ELECTION NIGHT: Bond fails, three elected to city council, two to school board

The Bandera County Elections Department is reporting Tony Battle, Debbie Breen and Brett Hicks have won the city council race. 

Bandera ISD Proposition A failed to pass, with 62.07% of voters against.

Roger Byrd won the race for Bandera ISD Board of Trustees Place 2 with 72.53% of the vote. 

Utopia ISD's Proposition A also failed to pass, with 81.96 of voters against. 

Full results are as follows: 

BANDERA ISD PROPOSITION A 
For: 1,474 (37.93%)
Against: 2,412 (62.07%)

BANDERA ISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES PLACE 1
Casey Ryan Hauer: 2,719 (100%)

BANDERA ISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES PLACE 2
Richard McCarthy: 776 (27.47%)
Roger Byrd: 2,049 (72.53%)

CITY OF BANDERA COUNCIL - TOP THREE WIN
Tony Battle: 111 (21.60%)
Vic Vrazel 57 (11.09%)
Debbie Breen: 100 (19.46%)
Brett Hicks: 130 (25.29%)
Cindy Coffey: 39 (7.59%)
Manny Longoria: 77 (14.98%)

UTOPIA ISD PROPOSITION A
For: 59 (18.04%)
Against: 268 (81.96%)
