Cowboy Capital Opry returns at Silver Sage

The Silver Sage recently announced the opening of the 13th season of the Cowboy Capital Opry.

Live classic country music performances will be held on the first Tuesday of each month in the Great Room starting July 6.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. each night. Shows start at 7:00 p.m.

Musicians for this year’s season include Gerry and Harriet Payne, Tooter Ripps, Dave Kemp, and Mark Wright with two special guest performers each month. T

The cost per ticket is $10 each or $20 per family. Reservations are suggested and reserved seating is included in the $10 charge.

Soda, water and popcorn will be for sale.

Reservations are encouraged.

Proceeds benefit the Silver Sage’s Meals on Wheels program.

“My mother, mother-in-law and I enjoyed the Opry together since the beginning. They were both very active in all the events at the Silver Sage, but the Opry is the best of all because it’s perfect for the whole family,” said Carolyn Sells in a press release.

“In fact, we now bring our grandchildren who love it as well. It’s amazing how the Silver Sage pulls this great event together month after month. We’re so glad it’s back!” she said.
