The Bandera County Commissioners will convene Thursday to, among other agenda items, review proposals for demolition/clean up of the Old Courthouse and Jail.Commissioner Jack Moseley told the Bulletin earlier this month that six contractors showed up at a pre-bid meeting and tour of the location on Jan. 6.The commissioner added at least one other contractor submitted for consideration.“We are hoping to keep the work local, but we’ll choose the contractor who is best for the job,” Moseley said.All proposals will be reviewed at the Jan. 25 meeting of the Bandera County Commissioners’ Court.The demolition phase of the project will be ...
