Chamber plans eventful June

Four events organized by the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce will highlight businesses throughout Bandera.
June 9’s Cork Popper, the chamber’s monthly mixer event, will be hosted by the Home Service Center at their Pipe Creek location, 6150 Hwy 16 S, 78063.
Cork Popper attendees are asked to bring a bottle of wine and appetizer to share. BBQ will be provided. The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On June 10, the Vaquero Motel will have a grand opening from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m.
The event at the 1103 Maple Street location in Bandera will feature live music, food, beverages, Cross T Longhorns and the Bandera Cattle Company Gunfighters.
The next day on June 11, the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce will host its first Annual Community Block Party in front of the Vaquero Motel.
Scheduled from noon to 6 p.m., the event will feature games, live music, food and a block party street dance.
On June 18, the grand opening of Pipe Creek Dental Center will be held at its 9782 Hwy 16 S location. The chamber will release further details at a later date.
