Busy month for Silver Sage

Two music concerts and a craft fair highlight the December calendar at Silver Sage.

The ongoings kick off this Saturday, December 3, in the Great Room with a Christmas Fair and Market.

Offerings at the event include handmade jewelry, ornaments, wood work, cake pops, quilts, clothing, baked goods, bird houses, crochet toys, custom knives and more.

December 6’s Cowboy Capital Opry features Buck Shannon and the Silver Sage House Band, which is comprised of Lanette Penell, Vickie Gillespie, Dave Kemp and Gerry Payne.

Later in the month, the Almost Patsy Cline Band will headline the Silver Sage Annual Merry Texas Christmas Concert.

That show is scheduled for 7 p.m, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Admission is priced at $10, and reservations are suggested. Call 830-8500028 to make them.

The opry, which has a $10 cover, runs from 7 to 9 p.m.
