Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/ Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Kale Donavon Patton, 38, of San Antonio was arrested on October 12 for public intoxication.

Christopher Lee Martin, 32, of San Antonio was arrested on October 12 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Javier Gonzalez, 62, of Kerrville was arrested on October 12 for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance (PG 1-B >= 4G < 200G).

Gina Gaye Goldman, 64, of Bandera was arrested on October 15 for possession of a controlled substance (PG 1/1-B < 1G).

Kelsey Linae Molz, 35, of Bandera was arrested on October 15 for possession of a controlled substance (PG 1/1-B < 1G).

Raul Gabriel Barrios, 35, of Bandera was arrested on October 15 for possession of a controlled substance (PG 1/1-B < 1G).

Cody Marshall Sales, 42, of Lakehills was arrested on October 17 for possession of a controlled substance (PG 1/1-B < 1G) and possession of marijuana (< 2 oz).

Arturo Luna, 33, of Pipe Creek was arrested on October 18 for simple assault / assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Gilbert Duarte, 57, of Lakehills was arrested on October 19 for possession of marijuana (> 4 oz <= 5 lbs).
