Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Tiffany Ann Leal, 46, of Pipe Creek was arrested on September 1 for unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance (PG 2 < 1G).

William Preston Woodworth, 55, of Bandera was arrested on September 1 on local warrants.

Elvert Marshall Akin, 78, of Fredericksburg was arrested on September 2 on a local warrant.

Christian Michael Greene, 53, of Austin was arrested on September 5 on a felony warrant from another agency.

Noor Faris Rafti, 34, of Bandera was arrested on September 5 for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container.

Randy Edwin Brooks II, 53, of Killeen was arrested on September 6 for public intoxication.

Charles Montloche Raimondo, 41, of Boerne was arrested on September 6 on a felony warrant from another agency.

Andrew Scott Parks, 18, of Bandera was arrested on September 7 for minor consuming alcohol.

Micah Vance, 18, of Bandera was arrested on September 7 for minor consuming alcohol.
