Medina man arrest for failing to register as sex offender

Mark Eaton, 68, of Medina was arrested Monday night by the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant alleging a violation of Texas sex offender registration requirements.

According to the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office arrest record, Eaton was arrested on the 200 block of FM 2107 at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 17 on a warrant.

The listed charge is “Fail to Comply Sex Off Duty to Reg Life/Annual,” referring to a failure to comply with a sex offender duty to register for life on an annual basis.
