Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

William Lee Fogle, 42, of Bandera was arrested on July 19 on multiple felony warrants from another agency.

Brandon Schane Hancock, 45, of Bandera was arrested on July 20 on a warrant for driving while a license was invalid.

Luke Edward Wilhelm, 47, of Haltom City was arrested on July 20 for possession of a controlled substance (PG 1 < 1G in a Drug-Free Zone) and criminal trespass.

Marjorie Mishael Parks, 34, of Bandera was arrested on July 20 for manufacture/ delivery of a controlled substance (PG 1 >= 4G < 200G), manufacture/ delivery of a controlled substance (PG 3/4 < 28G), and intentional/knowing/ reckless/criminally negligent abandonment or endangerment of a child.
