Voters at all points on the political spectrum should be concerned about the nomination of Todd Blanche, Donald Trump’s longstanding personal attorney, to become the US Attorney General. There is no reason to assume that Blanche will maintain any separation between himself and Trump’s wishes, which is not how justice is supposed to work. Fortunately, Senator John Cornyn can prevent the Blanche nomination from moving forward and he has already expressed reservations about confirming Blanche to the highest law enforcement post in the land.
Please call or email Cornyn as soon as possible to urge him to finally say NO to Trump.
