Medina Community Library welcomes Dinosaur George

Dinosaurs are coming to the Medina Community Library on June 2.

Join renowned educator and self-taught paleontologist George Blasing as he brings his prehistoric traveling museum to town, transforming the Rodney Camp into an interactive dinosaur exhibit for all ages.

The free exhibit, sponsored by Kathy Camp and David Lackey, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 2.

Visitors can journey back in time and explore the world of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures that once roamed the Earth.

Known as “Dinosaur George,” Blasing travels across Texas educating children and families through interactive exhibits presented at schools, libraries and museums.

His collection features a wide variety of prehistoric life, including fossilized mammals, dinosaurs and ancient fish.

Bring the whole family for a day of discovery, learning and prehistoric adventure.
