The Medina High School chapter of the National Honor Society held its annual installation ceremony, recognizing both graduating seniors and newly inducted members.
During the ceremony, senior members were presented with National Honor Society tassels. School officials also announced the induction of new members, including Davis Peterson, Mia Garcia, Kirstin Pierce, Zoey Taylor and Katie Jo Watts.
Officers for the 2026– 2027 school year were introduced at the event. Emma Nordlander will serve as president, with Crista Zirkel as vice president.
Davis Peterson was named secretary, Katie Jo Watts will serve as treasurer, Zoey Taylor was selected as historian and Mia Garcia will serve as reporter.
The ceremony is held annually to recognize student achievement and leadership while welcoming new members into the organization.
