Bandera Middle School track and field teams closed out their season with multiple top finishes at the district meet April 2.
The Bandera eighthgrade girls team won the district championship, finishing first overall.
The eighth-grade boys team placed second, earning district runner-up honors. The seventh-grade girls team also finished second, while the seventh-grade boys team placed third.
Bandera athletes recorded several personal bests and strong relay performances during the meet.
The district meet marked the final competition of the season for Bandera’s middle school teams.
