FLOCK CAMERAS

I note that Flock camera systems have been rejected/removed in many places from WA state, OR, CA, AZ, CO and TX. Apparently an unpopular intrusion on personal privacy in many places.

City officials talk about getting a $14k grant to go towards the $17k cost to set up the system, but that grant hasn't been received, yet? Cart before the horse?
