Leland “Lee” Adams and his wife, Judy Adams, of Bandera celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary March 6. The couple was married March 6, 1966, in Hagerman, Idaho, after meeting while Lee Adams was serving in the U.S. Navy. They have two daughters, Ginger Adams of Pipe Creek and Christina Jones of Sparta, Tennessee. The couple also has five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Lee and Judy Adams moved to Bandera in 2001. Lee Adams enjoys working with rocks, riding his motorcycle and sharing humorous sayings on his T-shirts.
