The Bandera County Historical Commission will unveil a new interpretive history sign at the Bertha Tryon-Hendrick Arnold Cemetery during a public ceremony scheduled for 11 a.m. Feb. 28.
The cemetery is located on Old Medina Highway at Houston Street in Bandera.
The sign is part of the commission’s ongoing efforts to preserve and highlight historically significant sites in Bandera County, according to Historical Commission Chairperson Kimberly Miles.
Commission members said the ceremony will recognize the historical importance of the cemetery and honor its legacy.
The event is open to the public, and community members are invited to attend.
