BULLETIN PHOTO/ Daniel Tucker The streets of Bandera were packed Saturday for Cowboy Mardi Gras, as spectators lined up for the annual parade, which many said was the best in years due to mild, dry weather. More than 100 entries, ranging from local businesses to political candidates, took part in the parade. Organizers said hotels sold out months in advance for the weekend-long celebration, which is headquartered on 11th Street but extended throughout downtown, the county lawn, the city park and surrounding areas.
