The Bandera County Fair Association will announce the winner and runner-ups of its county fair logo contest during a public event scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Mansfield Park Recreation Center.
The logo contest featured entries from local students, with organizers thanking participants for their creativity and effort.
“The creativity and effort shown by all students made this contest a wonderful success, and we are truly appreciative of every entry submitted,” the Bandera County Fair Association Board said in a statement.
The reveal event will include light entertainment and refreshments and will be held at the Mansfield Park Recreation Center, 2886 Hwy. 16 N. in Bandera.
Organizers said the event is open to the public and is intended to celebrate student involvement in the fair while acknowledging the work of all participants.
“We hope you will join us so we can personally express our gratitude and appreciation to the students for their hard work and creativity,” the board said in a statement.
Attendees are asked to RSVP by email to director@ banderacowboycapital. com and include the number of people attending so organizers can plan accordingly.
Following the awards presentation, a community meeting will also be held, and attendees are invited to remain for that portion of the evening.
