• Steak Night at 11th Street Cowboy Bar 5 p.m. Bring your own choice of meat and cook it on a Texas-sized barbecue pit. A baked potato, salad and roll are included. Doors open at 5 p.m., with live music beginning at 6 p.m.

• Bandera General Store Open on Christmas Day 10 a.m.–3 p.m. The Bandera General Store will be open on Christmas Day for holiday cheer, potluck-style food (guests are welcome to bring a dish), punch and entertainment. Open to the public.
FRIDAY, DEC. 26
• See Christmas Lights by Carriage 6–9 p.m. Enjoy a festive carriage ride through the Christmas lights at Bandera City Park. Reservations are recommended.
• Bob Stewart Live at the Wild West Bar & Grill 6:30–9:30 p.m. Bob Stewart performs live at the Wild West Bar & Grill at the Flying L Ranch Resort and Golf Course.
SATURDAY, DEC. 27
• Cowboys on Main 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Western Trail Heritage Park A weekly Old West experience featuring chuckwagon demonstrations, living history and gunfight reenactments at 10 a.m. and noon. Weather permitting.
• Bandera Cattle Company Gunfighters 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Rattlesnake Ridge, behind the Bandera Visitors Center Family-friendly gunfight shows with opportunities for kids to be deputized after the performance. Weather permitting.

SUNDAY, DEC. 28
• Frontier Times Museum Fourth Sunday Jamboree Frontier Times Museum A free, all-ages jamboree featuring live music, storytelling and community fellowship.
• Chuckwagon Breakfast and Horseback Ride 9–11 a.m. 749 Old Medina Highway A Sunday morning horseback ride followed by an authentic cowboy breakfast with music, roping demonstrations and visits with the ranch’s longhorns. Reservations required.

• Denim & Diamonds New Year’s Eve Celebration 8 p.m.–2 a.m. Red Horse Saloon Celebrate New Year’s Eve with live music by MishMash, a complimentary champagne toast and traditional black-eyed peas at midnight. VIP tables available.
