Sheriff’s Arrests

Editor’s note – Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt. People are presumed innocent after an arrest until convicted.

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Eddie Montesdecoa of San Antonio was arrested Nov. 20 for tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair-all other offenses ; murder ; unlawful possession firearm by felon ; bail jumping and fail to appear felony ; and bail jumping and fail to appear felony.

Jason Michael Ludowese of Lakehills was arrested Nov. 20 for online solicitation of a minor sexual conduct all other offenses.

Max Eddy Coronado of Converse was arrested Nov. 22 for warrant local ; warrant-local ; and warrant local.

Lee Andre Byrd of Lakehills was arrested Nov. 23 for warrant-local ; warrant local ; and warrant-local.

Mandalyn Mae Copeland of Lakehills was arrested Nov. 24 for warrant-other agency (misdemeanor).

Henry Dwain Horton of Center Point was arrested Nov. 25 for assault-family violence and unauthorized use of vehicle.

Rene III Garcia of San Antonio was arrested Nov. 25 for warrant local.

Robert Michael Lamb of Pipe Creek was arrested Nov. 26 for warrant-local and warrant-local.

Jose Fernando Mendoza of San Antonio was arrested Dec. 2 for multiple warrant-local charges.

Chaz Richard Walker of Lakehills was arrested Dec. 4 for warrant-local.

Billy Jack Chafin of Bandera was arrested Dec. 4 for driving with license invalid with previous conviction/ suspension/without financial responsibility and warrant-local.

William Nicolas Schaffart of Dearborn was arrested Dec. 4 for warrant-local.

Duryl Mark Bird of Bandera was arrested Dec. 6 for unlawful possession of firearm by felon and manufacture/delivery controlled substance PG 1 200g <400g.
