Last week’s veteran’s section featured wrong biographic information for Wally Snyder.
Wallace “Wally” Snyder is a U.S. Army veteran who served in four European campaigns with Patton’s Third Army during World War II. After returning home, he spent many years working at GE and later made a home in Texas near his family. Wally is remembered for his steady humor, quiet pride, and belief in simply “doing his part.”
