Early voting concluded in Bandera County Friday, Oct. 31, for the Nov. 4 constitutional amendment election, with 2,100 ballots cast — comprising 2,085 in-person early votes and 15 by mail — representing 10.92 % of the county’s 19,237 registered voters.
This year’s ballot included 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution as well as local contests, including seats on the Bandera Independent School District school board and the Bandera City Council.
