Pie sales benefit community center

The Lakehills Community Center is holding its annual Thanksgiving Pie Fundraiser to benefit the LHCC Scholarship Fund.

Orders for freshly baked homemade pies are being accepted through Nov. 12 by texting Lois at 830-570-0809.

Pie options include pumpkin, apple, cherry, peach, strawberry, blueberry and buttermilk for $18 each, and pecan pies for $22. Assorted tarts are also available, four for $15.

Pies may be picked up Monday, Nov. 24, from 4 to 5 p.m., or Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 9 to 10 a.m., at the Lakehills Community Center.

Cash, check, debit and credit payments are accepted.

Proceeds from the sale will go toward scholarships for local students.
