The Bandera County Convention and Visitors Bureau will host a 2026 event planning meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the Bandera Best Western Suites & Saloon.
The meeting is open to local businesses, venues and event planners who currently host or are interested in hosting events in Bandera County.
Attendees are encouraged to bring ideas for 2026 events and learn how the Bandera Visitor Center can help promote them.
The CVB submits events up to six months in advance for inclusion in Texas Highways magazine, free of charge to organizers.
The bureau will also discuss grant advertising reimbursement opportunities for events that attract overnight visitors.
“This is a great chance to network with other event planners, share ideas, and collaborate on creating an exciting calendar of events for 2026,” said CVB Manager Carita Jundt.
