Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating has acquired D’Spain Sales and Service of Bandera, the companies announced this week.
A press relase said acquisition strengthens Beyer’s commitment to providing HVAC, water well and electrical services while maintaining high standards of customer service.
The release also noted D’Spain brings 50 years of experience in the industry, allowing the combined company to expand its offerings and deliver greater value to customers.
Beyer officials said the partnership will bring together the strengths of both teams to innovate and raise service standards in the community. The D’Spain staff will join the Beyer team as the companies begin the next phase of operations together.
