The Medina Lady Cats volleyball team brought home third place honors from the annual Natalia Tournament held Aug. 14-16.
Medina opened the tournament with wins over Natalia JV and Floresville JV to finish day one with a 2-0 record.
On Saturday, the Lady Cats faced tougher competition but defeated Knippa in straight sets to secure third place.
Senior libero Audrey Gatlin anchored the defense and was named to the All-Tournament Team.
In non-tournament play, Medina defeated Sabinal on Tuesday, Aug. 12. The Lady Cats will host their 2025 home opener Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 5 p.m. against Charlotte.
