They turned east on the county road and could see the vehicle continuing to swing a spotlight from side to side about 100 yards in front of them. Windows down, Jonny and Bruce followed. Each time the vehicle stopped, the wardens stopped and listened for a shot. The only thing they heard was the howling north wind. “Nothing’s gonna be out in this wind,” Bruce lamented.
