The 73rd Annual Medina Athletic Booster Club Tournament was held the weekend of Dec. 7-9.The event hosts eight girls and eight boys teams in the area for a total of 24 basketball games in three days.Additions to the tournament include a free throw and 3-point contest.Medina Bobcat Basketball showcased their skills completing the tournament with a 2nd Place finish behind San Antonio’s Kipp Prep Academy.The Bobcats defeated Comfort JV and LaPryor to advance to the Championship game Saturday night.Freshmen players Zy’Heme Jones and Cody Boatman were selected to the All-Tournament Team.The Lady Cats had their own success with a tournament ...
