To close out 2019, the Lady Bulldogs played at Harper, but lost 60-36. The varsity team was in the game after one quarter of play, trailing Harper 17-12. But the home team’s inside game proved to be too much for the Lady Bulldogs, and Harper was able to pull away during the second and third quarters, outscoring Bandera by 20 points. In the final quarter, Bandera’s Summer Haby and Anna Guajardo each scored 2 points, and Madi Leal and Liz MacNeil each had 3 points, but not enough to overcome the deficit.
