Seniors Tyler Moore, Liam DeMarchi and Junior Braden Cox represented Bandera High School in the Regional Track Competition for Region Four in Kingsville last week.

Senior Tyler Moore finished as the regional champion in both the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles, qualifying for state competition in both events.

Moore is slated to attend the University of Arkansas Little Rock and run for the Trojans in the fall.

Junior Braden Cox placed second in the 1600 meter run with a personal record of 4 minutes 33 seconds, qualifying for state in that category.

Cox also finished in sixth place in the 3200-meter run with a personal record of 10 minutes 24 seconds.

Senior Liam DeMarchi finished sixth in both the shot put and the discus.

Moore and Cox will compete May 13 in Austin at the state track and field championships.
