RE: POST OFFICE LETTER

As a frequent customer of the facility, I am compelled to offer my opinions about the people that work there and the services they provide. My comments are about my personal experiences with this group. I have always been treated well by these folks. Professional, courteous, willing to help with any issues I’ve encountered. For me, they do a great job.

Junk mail: The employees are tasked with delivery of posted mail. They don’t generate the stuff and are just doing their job. It’s not their idea or their fault...

‘Overflowing trash’ is a direct result of junk mail. I have only observed this condition on junk mail day...go figure.

More than once, I have heard people lambaste the counter folks for things entirely beyond the employee’s control. I’m amazed at how well the staff handles these situations. I could not be nearly so gracious...
