Rachel Franklin of Lakehills, TX, successfully completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a major in Biology. Rachel obtained her degree from Sam Houston State University located in Huntsville, TX. Franklin was one of approximately 2,290 students that applied for degrees to be conferred for this semester. The fall 2020 commencement ceremony was held on Saturday, December 19th, at the NRG Stadium in Houston. Normally, Sam Houston State University holds its graduations at the Bernard G.
