William E. Bryce, 91, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on December 12, 2020, in Kerrville. He was born in Sacramento, California, on May 13, 1929, to Virgil L. and Lillie Schwartz Bryce.
William Bryce went into the newly formed United States Air Force in 1948. After training, he went to Germany, serving in the historic Berlin Airlift. He continued to honorably serve in the US Air Force for 22 years. William Bryce was a long time resident of Bandera, Texas, and was a member of the City Council of Bandera for numerous years.
William E. Bryce was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene, and his parents, Lillie and Virgil Bryce.
He is survived by his step-daughter, Tina Grogg.
Interment will be scheduled at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
