Salvador Tirado, Jr. was born April 21, 1976 and passed away at the age of 45 on Saturday, March 12, 2022. He was a humorous and loving husband, son, big brother, father, and friend to many. Sal is survived by his wife, Christian, his daughters, Alyssa and Kristina, his sons, Salvador III, Alexander, and Joey. His parents, Salvador, Sr. and Rosario and his sibling’s sister, Suzy and brother, Steven and his family. Sal is preceded into death by both sets of grandparents.

Sal “Anchor” as he was known by the Boozefighters motorcycle club, loved the club and hanging out with his brothers. Sal exemplified what it meant to live life in the moment.

Sal was born in Stockton, California. His family moved to Pipe Creek in May 1985. Sal graduated from Bandera High School in 1994 and thereafter joined the US Navy, he served for 12 years. He moved back home to Pipe Creek in 2012.

His family loves him more than words can express. He also leaves behind too many friends to list. He will be missed by many. His family encourages that everyone wears green to honor him.

His rosary will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 7pm at Grimes Funeral Home in Bandera.

His funeral services were held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1 p.m. with mass services at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial immediately followed at the new St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery off FM 1077.

With a post- burial gathering held after at The Shindig, where all were invited to attend.
