A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend went to heaven on January 16, 2022.

Pamla was born April 4, 1959 in Snyder, Texas and went to heaven on January 16, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and daughters by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry “Malcom” and Margie Blanton; Father-in-law, Lester Martin and nephew Stuart Catalani. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Kyle Martin; her daughters and sons-in-law Mark and Shelbie Miller and Noah and Kate Nelson; her mother-in-law Margaret Martin; her sister Kelly Catalani and her husband Steve; brother and sister-in-law Shane and Crystal Martin and Steve and Line Duke. She was also survived by her nieces and nephews Steven and Stefanie Catalani and their daughter Laney, Brooke Catalani and her daughter Steelie Rix, Clint and Bailie Crawford and their son Hayes, Ethan and Bailey Catalani and their son Kamden, and Travis, Colton and Heather Martin.

Pamla graduated from Dublin High School in 1977 where she had excelled in basketball and was the co-captain of the drill team. She was also named Miss Congeniality of the Dublin Fair while in High School. She began working at Southwest Airlines in 1984 where she met many friends and travelled around the country, until she retired in 2011. Kyle and Pamla were married on May 13, 1989 and moved to Pipe Creek, Texas that same year where they lived together until her passing.

Pamla was full of life and loved being around family and friends. She enjoyed dancing, family game night, the Christmas season, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and movie marathons. She loved taking pictures and documenting family events, keeping photo albums and videos of all of the exciting and fun memories through the years. Pamla was an amazing and dedicated mother, never missing any of her daughters’ events. She had an infectious laugh and was a gifted storyteller, spreading her joy and passion for life to all.

Pamla was loved by all who came to know her, and she will be very deeply missed. Funeral Services were held at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Chapel at Mission Park Funeral Home also at Cherry Ridge. Interment followed at Mission Burial Park North.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help offset some of the expense of arrangements.
